Please see the links on how best to store your cakes and cupcakes until serving.
Please note we are not responsible for any damages to the cake once it leaves our bake shop.
Our cupcakes, cakes and cookies are not factory manufactured products, everything is hand crafted and baked from scratch and may contain some imperfections.
If you are not happy with something, please let us know at the time of collection so we can make the changes you require.
Refunds will only be considered if the items are retuned to our shop in full on the day of the order. We do not offer refunds for goods that have not been returned.
If you need to cancel your order and have paid in full, we do charge a cancellation fee for processing refunds.
For all cake orders, we prefer a picture reference or specific detail on how you would like your cake or cupcakes to look. We want you to be delighted with your cake or cupcakes and our idea of what would be beautiful may not be the same as yours.
Please note, we do not bake in a nut-free/gluten-free kitchen and whilst we wash and sterilize all equipment carefully, we cannot guarantee that there is no cross-contamination.
Our order collection times are:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 2.45pm
Saturday: 9.30am – 11.45am
If you require earlier pick up times, please don’t hesitate to discuss this with us to see how we can accommodate your requirements.
We do offer delivery to all Perth metro areas but it is subject to availability and must be arranged with 1-2 days’ notice where possible. Delivery charges vary with each suburb and deliveries for long distances are not always possible.
Please note, we do not offer a delivery service on Saturdays, but welcome courier collections if required.Please review our price list which explains the lead times required on orders and describes all the delicious baked goods we have on offer.
