How much notice do you need to place an order?
We recommend 24 hours notice on cupcake orders and 2 working days notice on cakes and cookies.
We have a limit on how many whole cake and cookie orders we take each week. Therefore, we recommended you place your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
We do occasionally have the capacity to accept last minute orders depending on the design, size and availability.
Do you require a deposit on orders?
Yes, All orders require a 30% deposit and deposits are non-refundable.
The deposit may be used for a new booking date if the customer gives at least 5 days notice on cakes & cookies and 2 days notice on cupcakes.
If the booking is cancelled or you fail to give the required notice , unfortunately you forfeit your deposit.
Can I collect my order early?
You will receive an order confirmation of your booking which confirms the agreed collection time and date.
As our mornings are extremely busy, we will ensure your order is ready for the agreed collection time.
Whilst we can try to meet earlier time requirements, we are not always able to allow early collections on the morning of your order unless arranged the day before.
How to store cupcakes?
Our cupcakes are baked fresh daily so we always recommend eating them on the day you receive or purchase them.
However, they will keep for up to 2 to 3 days when kept at cool room temperature in the packaging provided, or in an airtight container.
How to store whole cakes?
All cakes are to be stored in the refrigerator.
Your cake will keep fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days (decorations may vary).
Cakes are to be taken out the fridge at least 1 hours before serving. Buttercream cakes are best eaten at room temperature.
Can you replicate past cakes you have made or from pictures we send through?
Yes we can, however, We use referral images as a guide when making our cakes & cupcakes. Unfortunately we can not replicate a cake to be 100% the same as an image.
If there was an element on the cake which needed to be exact, This needs to be Highlighted to us to ensure we can capture exactly what you want.
Our bakers also add their own touches of creativity and placement with decorations when they are being created, This is what makes our cakes unique and beautiful is the extra touches each individual baker adds to each cake.
Do you hire cupcake/cake stands?
Yes!
Stands are available to hire for customers ordering a cake or cupcakes only.
A bond of $100 will be taken when hiring a stand and refunded once the stand is returned in its original state.
Stands are to be returned within 48 hours of hire.
Can I make changes to my order once I have received an invoice?
Once an order is confirmed, changes are charged at $15 per change due to the administrative time it takes to make these adjustments.
Please understand we cannot always accommodate date changes due to capacity
Do you deliver?
Yes!
We hand deliver our cupcakes 5 days a week within a 30km radius from our store.
Deliveries are made between 8.00am – 4.00pm.
We offer NO guaranteed delivery times.
We will try our best to accommodate your request. However, we offer NO guarantees on delivering your order at a specific time, If you need delivery for a set time, please order for the day prior.
Do you a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, we have a minimum order of 12 mini or 6 regular cupcakes, If you place an order for less with delivery, It will be cancelled unless amounts increased.
Delivery is priced at the checkout.
