DEPOSITS - CANCELLATIONS
All orders will incur a 30% non-refundable deposit once your order has been placed, unless your order is cancelled by us due to circumstances beyond our control in which case we will offer a 100% refund.
The deposit may be used for a new booking date if the customer gives at least 5 days’ notice on cakes & cookies and 3 days’ notice on cupcakes.
If the booking is cancelled or you fail to give the required notice, unfortunately you forfeit your deposit.
All Cancellations Or Changes Must Be in writing/Email.
If You Cancel a cake/cupcake booking with custom decorations within 5 Days of Your Pick up Or Delivery Date, The Full decoration amount will be forfeited.
If You Cancel Your cake booking Within 2 Days of Your Pickup Or Delivery Date, The Full Booking Amount Will Be Forfeited.
DELIVERY
It is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
If no one is home or the office is closed, we will leave the order in as safe a place as possible.
If there is no safe place to leave the order, our driver will return it to the store. The order can be re-delivered at the standard delivery rate and schedule according to our availability. Otherwise, the custom will need to collect from the bakery.
We do not take responsibility for any orders that have been left at a delivery site if no one is available to receive them.
It is the customers responsibility to notify the receiver and ensure the delivery is attended to.
All preferred delivery times are taken into consideration however we do not guarantee a set time.
We Operate a Strict schedule and have other Deliveries booked, if we have been provided with incorrect delivery details, the order will be returned to the store and re-delivery will be at the standard delivery rate and schedule according to our availability.
REFUNDS
We want you to be 100% happy with your order!
If you are unhappy at collection, please advise us, we will be able to find a solution & make changes to meet your satisfaction. Please be aware if you send someone on your behalf, it is your reasonability to return the cake/cupcakes/cookies during opening hours.
We take no responsibility for any damage occurring due to transport Or Mishandling After the Cake Leaves the bakery.
We do not refund for orders that have not been collected. It is up to the customer to collect their order within business hours.
We do not offer refunds for cakes, cookies or cupcakes that have been eaten. If you are not happy with your baked goods and your complaint is reasonable and fair, we will consider offering a refund if the product is returned to our store uneaten. This Will Be Assessed at the Discretion of Our Staff.
DESIGN
We Do Not replicate images & designs.
We can use your inspiration images as inspiration only. Unfortunately, we cannot replicate a cake to be 100% the same as an image. We use referral images as a guide when making our cakes & cupcakes.
If there is an element on the order which needed to be exact, this needs to be Highlighted to us to ensure we can capture exactly what you want.
Our bakers will add their own touches of creativity & best judgement with decorations/design/placement when they are being created.
ADMIN FEE’S
Once an order is confirmed, changes are charged at $10 per change due to the administrative time it takes to make these adjustments. Please understand we cannot always accommodate date changes due to capacity.
All refunds will incur $15 fee to cover the cost of any credit card fees.
All payments over the phone using AMEX, will incur a 2.8% AMEX fee.
All payments over $300 can incur an 2.8% credit card fee.
COLLECTION
All orders need to be collected with collection hours.
Monday – Thursday: 7.30 – 3.00pm
Friday: 7.30am – 3.30pm
It is the customers responsibility to collect their orders with this time period.
Orders that are not collected within collection times, will be left at the bakery until the next business day.
We do not refund for orders that have not been collected.
