Terms and Conditions
All orders will incur a 30% non-refundable deposit, unless your order is cancelled by us due to circumstances beyond our control in which case we will offer a 100% refund.
Should you wish to cancel an order, we will retain the 30% non-refundable deposit unless you wish to change the date of your order, in which case you can defer to another day and no penalties will apply.
We always do our best to match our customers brief as closely as possible, however in the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your order please notify us immediately upon collection so that we can assist with resolving the issue.
In the event that someone else collects your cupcakes or you receive a delivery and you are not satisfied, it is your responsibility to return the order within our business hours so that we can resolve the issue for you.
Please note we require at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a cupcake order and 72 hours notice for cake or cookie cancellations.
We do not offer refunds for cakes, cookies or cupcakes that have been eaten. If you are not happy with your baked goods and your complaint is reasonable and fair, we will consider offering a refund if the product is returned to our store uneaten.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is home or the office is closed, we will leave the order in as safe a place as possible and notify the person who ordered of the location. It is the customers responsibility to notify the receiver and ensure the delivery is attended to.
All preferred delivery times are taken into consideration however we cannot guarantee a set time based on factors beyond our control. If we are running more than 30 minutes late, we will contact the person who ordered to notify of the delay.
If there is no safe place to leave the order, our driver will return it to the store and re-delivery will be at the standard delivery rate and schedule according to our availability.
We do not take responsibility for any orders that have been left at a delivery site if no one is available to receive them.
