REFUNDS
We want you to be 100% happy with your order!
If you are unhappy at the time of collection, please advise us immediately. We will work with you to find a solution and make adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
If you are unhappy with your order and do not notify staff of any issues or concerns, we cannot help or make any changes. We are always 100% happy to find a solution and make adjustments to ensure your satisfaction with your order.
If you are not satisfied with your baked goods and your complaint is reasonable, we may consider a refund if the product is returned to our store uneaten and in good condition. This will be assessed at the discretion of our staff.

Sending someone else to collect: If someone collects on your behalf, it is your responsibility to return the cake, cupcakes, or cookies during our opening hours if any issues arise.

Consumed products: We do not offer refunds for cakes, cookies, or cupcakes that have been eaten.

Post collection: We take no responsibility for any damage caused by transport or mishandling after the cake leaves our bakery.

Missed Collections: Refunds are not provided for orders not collected during business hours.
CANCELLATIONS
All Cancellations are to be submitted in writing via email ONLY.
Cancelling an order within 7 days from the ordered date will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
If your order is canceled by us due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a 100% refund.
DEPOSITS
All orders will incur a 30% non-refundable deposit once your order has been placed.
ORDER CHANGES:
Order Confirmation: Once you receive your emailed invoice, it is assumed that you are satisfied with all prices and goods ordered. Please take a moment to review the confirmation email & invoice sent to ensure we have everything correct. We are human, Mistakes can occur from time to time.
Online Orders: We do not add or make changes to online orders. Please ensure your details & cart are correct before checking out.
ADMIN FEES

Refund Fees: All refunds will incur $15.00 fee to cover the cost of any credit card fees for processing both the initial payment and the refund.

Deposits: All orders have a 30% non-refundable deposit once placed.

Order Changes: Changes to orders will incur a $10.00 fee due to the administrative time it takes to make these adjustments

Orders over $300: All payments over $300 can incur a 2.8% credit card fee.
COLLECTIONS
All orders need to be collected within business hours.
Monday – Thursday: 7.30 – 3.00pm & Friday: 7.30am – 3.30pm
Missed Collections: Customers are responsible for ensuring they collect their order during business hours. Orders that are not collected within collection times, will be left at the bakery until the next business day.
DELIVERIES
It is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
If no one is home or the office is closed, we will leave the order in as safe a place as possible.
If there is no safe place to leave the order, our driver will return it to the store. The order can be re-delivered at the standard delivery rate and schedule according to our availability. Otherwise, the custom will need to be collected from the bakery.
We do not take responsibility for any orders that have been left at a delivery site if no one is available to receive them.
It is the customers responsibility to notify the receiver and ensure the delivery is attended to.
All preferred delivery times are taken into consideration however we do not guarantee a set time.
We Operate a Strict schedule and have other Deliveries booked, if we have been provided with incorrect delivery details, the order will be returned to the store and re-delivery will be at the standard delivery rate and schedule according to our availability.
