Our Icing

We use a classic American Buttercream on all of our cakes and cupcakes — a sweet, fluffy icing with a smooth, creamy texture that pairs perfectly with every flavour.

All cakes are filled and covered using the same buttercream recipe for a consistent, delicious finish.
